We are excited that you’re interested to enroll your child at New Covenant Christian School. In order for your application to be reviewed by the Admissions Committee, you must complete and provide the items listed below.

Enrollment for New Families will open on Monday, March 4, 2024.

Please remember, the enrollment process for a student accepted by the Admissions Committee is not finalized, nor will the student be enrolled in classes until all required items have been received by the Admissions Department.

Enrollment is closed for the 2023-2024 school year for grades K through 12. For families moving into the area during the current school year, please inquire – there may be limited enrollment potential for the current school year with consideration on a case by case basis.

Step 1 - Getting to Know Your Family

Tell us about your family and students. Please fill these out prior to your tour, if possible!

**During the summer, tours are offered by appointment on Tuesdays from 9 am – 1 pm**

If you want your student to start at NCCS on the first day of school, all required paperwork must be submitted by August 1^st!
*Families who submit paperwork after August 1^st will be notified as to when your student may begin attending NCCS.

Step 2 - Complete Your Application

Now that we’ve met, please use the following checklist to complete the rest of the application process

**Please note that your 2024 tax documents are required to complete the financial aid application.**

Previous schooling documents

Please provide copies of these documents if your child has previously attended school.

Final Report Cards from current/most recent school entities - 2 years required ( if applicable )
Official Homeschool Evaluation & Transcript ( if applicable )
Prior Attendance Records - if not already documented on Report Cards ( if applicable )
Student Academic Support Documents - IEP, 504 plans, etc. ( if applicable )

Steps 3 & 4 - Internal Review & Await Notification

After your application has been submitted, our Admissions, Administration and Academic Departments will review each student’s file. Once a decision is made, or if further records are required, our Admissions Director will notify you.

Fees can be paid in the school office by cash or check.
