We are excited that you’re interested to enroll your child at New Covenant Christian School. In order for your application to be reviewed by the Admissions Committee, you must complete and provide the items listed below.
Begin the application by filling out this NCCS Inquiry Form. Once you’ve completed that, you will receive an email invitation to create your Veracross account. NCCS uses Veracross software for our Admissions, Academics, Parent Portals, Student Billing and more!
After you create your account, you’ll see your personalized and secure Admissions Portal. On your portal, click the green Apply Now button to begin or continue completing your admissions checklist items. Simply fill out the forms and upload the necessary documents to get started. You can see your progress as you go! You can also preview what’s needed below, so you can gather everything you’ll need.

Enrollment is closed for the 2023-2024 school year for grades K through 12. For families moving into the area during the current school year, please inquire – there may be limited enrollment potential for the current school year with consideration on a case by case basis.

Tell us about your family and students. Follow your Admissions Portal Checklist to complete these items prior to your tour!
**During the summer, tours are offered by appointment on Tuesdays from 9 am – 1 pm**
If you want your student to start at NCCS on the first day of school, all required paperwork must be submitted by August 1st!
*Families who submit paperwork after August 1st will be notified as to when your student may begin attending NCCS.

**Please note that your 2024 tax documents are required to complete the financial aid application.**
Please upload copies of these documents in your Admissions Portal if your child has previously attended school.
Please complete and submit these important items for each student you wish to enroll.
After your application has been submitted, our Admissions, Administration and Academic Departments will review each student’s file. Once a decision is made, or if further records are required, our Admissions Coordinator will notify you through your Admissions Portal.
Fees can be paid in the school office by cash or check.
