Hosting a tournament, reception or family gathering? NCCS has several flexible spaces to meet the unique requirements of your special event!

Facility Availability

At this time all NCCS facility rentals are suspended due to our need for custodial personnel.
We look forward to hosting your events again soon!

Follow these 3 steps to secure one of our rental spaces.

Visit our scheduling site to see if your desired date and time is available…

02. complete these forms

Send completed forms to nccs.rentals@nccspa.org in order to begin your reservation. Space will not be reserved until we have received all the necessary forms and information, including deposit.

All requests for weekend rentals (Fri-Sun) must be submitted by 1:00pm on Thursday.
Deadline for a same-day (Mon-Thu) rentals is 12:00pm.
