It’s musical season again at New Covenant Christian School and the music department is excited to announce that Middle School and High School students will present “The Music Man Jr.”, on March 20th , 21st and 22nd!
The Music Man JR, based on Meredith Willson’s six-time Tony Award-winning musical comedy, features some of musical theatre’s most iconic songs and a story filled with wit, warmth and good old-fashioned romance. Master showman Harold Hill is in town and he’s got “seventy-six trombones” in tow. Can upright, uptight Marian, the town librarian, resist his powerful allure? The story follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band he vows to organize.
There are multiple needs that arise when producing a musical, and it is because of the generous support of business sponsors that this huge undertaking continues to be made possible for our students. We want to thank those who have given of their time, energy and resources to support our ministry, education, and fine arts program in the past, and we would once again like to offer you an opportunity to play a part in supporting our production.
As a sponsor, your ad will be printed in black & white in our program booklet and your colored logo will be featured on a screen for over 300 viewers during each performance night!
To place an ad in this year’s musical program, please fill out the Musical Ad Submission Form below where you can purchase and upload your print-ready artwork. All artwork must be received by Friday, February 21, 2025.
This year tickets will be sold online through GoFan Reserved Seating.
All tickets will be sent electronically via the email you use when purchasing your tickets. For easy access please download the GoFan app. Create an account with the email you used when purchasing your tickets. This will also allow you to send tickets to family and friends if necessary. The front doors will open at 6pm and doors to the seating area at 6:15pm.

Candy Grams – Candy and notes will be available for you to purchase prior to the start of each performance and will be delivered to your performer backstage.
Bake Sale – Baked goods will be available for you to purchase before and during intermission at each performance.
